Peter : What's wrong? Why are so upset.?
Lisa : You know that I started this diet a couple weeks ago, right? So far, I've followed the diet to the letter. I've only has the recommended food items in the suggested amount and exerised three times a week at the gym.
Peter : So, what happened?
Lisa : I lost only one kilogram? Can you believe this?
Peter : Oh, no. You're making a mountain of a molehill. One kilogram is not bad. that's what we call healthy dieting.
